ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising from agreements made on this website that require legal arbitration, the user of this site consents that such arbitration shall take place in Cape Town and such legal action shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, irrespective of whether the user accessed the website from within or outside of South Africa.
