30-Day Returns

We want you to be absolutely in love with your ApolloGem jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Free Return Shipping

To ensure a premium and worry-free experience, ApolloGem offers free return shipping for all eligible items. We will arrange the courier service at no additional cost to you.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all relevant price tags and labels attached. Please provide your original invoice or proof of purchase.

Exclusions

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for return within the 30-day window in accordance with our quality guarantee.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. If the original payment was made by Credit/Debit Card, the refund will be issued back to that card. For payments made via SID Instant EFT, we will arrange a secure refund to your specified account.
